It takes about two to two and a half hours to return to the start poin. On the return trip we have splendid views of snowcapped Mount Huascaran, Chopicalqui, Huandoy and Pisco, and very near we see Mount Chacraraju, and Yanapacha.

Laguna 69: Every single time you visit Cordillera Blanca ypu accounter amazing landscapes; no doubt Laguna 69 is one of the most impressive ones; also one of the easiest ones to make; no matter if its sunny or cloudy its wáters always reflect such a intense blue that reminds Carribbean; always surrounded by snowcapped mountains of Chacraraju, pisco, huando. To get there you have to hike approx 2-3h depends on your rhythm; during walk you can spot vizcachas hiding in the rocks; unfortunately Glaciar Brogui and snow from Mount Yanapaccha basically vanished ;the only remains of its existence is a touristic sign.
